Pastor

Dwayne serves as the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He also serves as Director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne is passionate about training the next generation of biblical counselors. He is the Board Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of several online publications as well as a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne was married to Leslie. The couple has three kids.
